Project management consulting
PMC services to cover all phases of a project Major Oil & Gas and power generation players know that multimillion-dollar projects can fail due to lacks of project management and technical capabilities.
A Project Management Consulting (PMC) team is able to provide 360° assistance to manage suppliers and contractors during all phases of a project, whether they’re upstream, midstream, and downstream projects developed in both onshore and offshore environments.
Environmental and social impact assessment
Environmental and social impact assessment consists of a multidisciplinary approach, which combines the evaluation of the economic aspects of a 9
project-based on cost-benefit ratios – with the environmental consequences of undertaking the project.
The deliverable includes Defining project description, sources, and impacts
of environmental disturbances, evaluating alternatives Describing the project environment, including the fauna, flora, air, soil, water, socio-economic and cultural heritage Assessing the nature, scoping of potential impacts (temporary and permanent, local and regional) and proposing mitigation measures based on them.
Procurement
EHETC provide a wide range of procurement materials, equipment, tools this include piping, tubing, casing, fitting, valves, pumps, separators, generators, and drilling equipment as well, wellhead equipment, BOP
equipment.
EHETC have distribution and agencies with many factories overall the
world.
Construction and Commissioning
The Industrial & Construction division is supported by an engineering team of highly efficient management specialized in heavy industrial construction, focused on expansion in different fields of the construction industry, and is aiming for broadening its operational experience by way of its commitment to consistent performance record in the construction industry.
The construction field includes but is not limited to the following :
- Pipelines 2”- 36” Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, RFG include survey, right of way, trenching, welding, NDT hydrostatic test, and commissioning.

- Oil storage tanks fabrication, erection and installation 1kbbl to 1000kbbl include internal and external coating, cathodic protection system and all control system
Commissioning and start-up
Activities to support the delivery of safely prepared plant units Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are performed through an Initial Operations’ (IO) team to the job site, whose responsibility is to oversee such activities according to the contractual requirements.
This team, working with the site construction and subcontractor personnel, plans and directs the various activities associated with the preparation and testing of the plant for initial operation, in close cooperation with construction, licensors, vendors, and customer’s personnel.
Deliverables
- System definition
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures
- Start-up, shutdown, and permit to work procedure
- Commissioning HSE plan
- SIMOPS control documents
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning check-list and schedule
- Operation & maintenance manual
- Test run procedure
- Operation testing procedures.
Intervention and Drilling services through our partner
Third-Party Inspection
Acquiring new equipment and machinery can be timely, costly, and risky, especially if your inspection vendor is located abroad.
Our global network of third-party vendor inspectors helps you review, test, and validate the quality of your new equipment at the vendor’s or manufacturing location, saving you the time, cost, and trouble of dealing with it yourself.
We link our professional and local inspectors with your selected vendor, anywhere around the world, saving you time, travel, and lodging expenses. Our global network of local inspector companies support both on-call and
resident-based inspection services.
